I have thick 4a hair that does whatever it wants to, when it wants to and I was searching for a product that would give me moisture and definition. When I found this product, I wasn't extremely happy with it by itself, but when I combined it with Creme of Nature Argan Oil Moisturizer, I was completely thrilled with the results and the price I payed wasn't bad either! Both products combined left my hair feeling both moisturized and light. The Curl Max Activator defined my curls instantly when i did a twist out, and the Creme of Nature made my hair shiny and feeling refreshed. My hair stayed moisturized for the entire day and remained so till -- as per my nightly routine -- I spritzed my hair and re-applied both products.

Rated 4 out of 5 Keeps my afro-texture hair soft!
My hair is transitioning from a texturizer(relaxer) and it keeps both textures soft and moisturized. I have a very tight afro 4b-c cork screw curl hair. I use this for wash n go's and for braid-outs under gel. Smells Nice; Does NOT have the typical "jerry curl juice" smell. lol. Not watery at all, very thick consistency. it does not leave my hair greasy at all or my pillows after hair is dry.
