Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds (based on a 1000 w microwave). Test for comfort before applying to the skin. Do not head more than 4 times a day.

Cold

Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer and apply directly to skin. Magic Bag can also be stored in the freezer, in a plastic bag.
