I bought the "XL" size, but had to return it because it was too big, especially the upper part. Before buying the XL size, I bought the "L" size, which was too small. When I tried to make the upper part of the XL size fit the size of my leg above the knee by tightening the straps, that resulted in a "fold" that was hurting my skin. In my opinion, this is a poorly designed product.

You do need to make sure that you size it properly.This is a good value for a great product.
