I'm now disabled and this belt helps support my abdominal muscles. It does provide lower back support to a certain degree. My only gripe is that the velcro wears out rather quickly and when it does then the belt loosens up unexpectedly. Perhaps a regular notched style belt would work better than the hook & loop method.

The width of the product in the ad is grossly mis-leading. Once you wrap the belt around yourself securely, the actual width is substantially reduced and provides little if any support. I agree with the person from Leesville, SC. A major design change is needed. I see why it’s only available on-line, because I suspect that if a customer had the opportunity to see and touch it in the store, the product would still be hanging on their shelf.

Cons: POOR Major design change

The thickness of this product from the last time I bought one has been drastically decreased. The belt trimmer curls and is much more difficult to put on and have it flat. Please change it back to the way they used to be.
