These are the best pads on the market in terms of (1) looking discreet and (2) capturing milk and keeping you dry. I can wear these all day (at work) or all night long and stay dry. They are also contoured well and stay put better than other pads (which I have trouble with since I didn't get much from the boob fairy when puberty hit).
There are cheaper pads on the market, but after trying them all I have determined this is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." I've used these for two kids.
They are also individually wrapped, which is nice if you need to throw extras in your bag, which I do because I work, and travel often for work as well.

These pads helped out SO much!! Before, my breasts would constantly leak to the point where I had to change shirts every couple of hours. I had quite a few bras soaked, and any bra pads that would work stuck out like a sore thumb. These ones, however help with all that. I'm so glad I found this item!! On the downside, I do change them quite often, due to such heavy flow, but it's a lot better than having to change a whole shirt
