I bought these for a case of plantar Fascitius. I put these in my sneakers and noticed an improvement in my pain at once. These work great and after a week of use I am almost back to normal. I love these.

I would recommend to anyone with heel spurs or any support needs for the bottom of their heels.

I wear these in my gym shoes to manage plantar fasciitis. So far so good... we'll see how long they last before needing to replace. Seem a bit pricey for what they are, but I haven't tried others on the market to compare.

My right heel was in great pain so I used these for about 3 to 4 weeks. They helped reduce the impact to the heel.
They are well made and reusable but could be less expensive.

From timer to time my right achilles tendon becomes inflammed - very sore and tender. The back of my shoe becomes very painful. I have several of these silicon inserts because, unlike some others, I can ROTATE the insert so that to long part of the heel cup points UP on the back of my heel - and it insulates my irritated tendon perfectly! I can't do that with other inserts - I've tried. These work for me!
