- If refrigerator is not possible, the bottle of insulin that you are currently using can be kept unrefrigerated as long as it is kept as cool as possible - below 86 degrees F / 30 degrees C and away from heat and light.
- Do not use insulin if it has been frozen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by samiam01 Neat concept, but not large enough This was a neat concept, but it was not large enough to hold three insulin pens. Only had room for one pen and small, skinny insulin vials, not the bottle type. September 25, 2012
