You get what you pay for. This shower chair is only okay. It is flimsly and wobbly. Bought it for my wife who was operated on her broken ankle. It serves its purpose, but I wouldn't sit on it.

This gray shower chair with back is wonderful. It provides the support I need in the shower and is lightweight, so I can move it myself. It does have a very wide stance, which is great for stability but not so great if you have a narrow tub. My tub is quite wide in the middle, so the chair fits nicely, but it wouldn't fit in the other tub in our house. I like it and would buy it again if I had the need or the choice.

I agree with the other reviews, the bench should have dimensions for the width of the feet. It might not fit in some bath tubs. I use it in a shower, works great. Very stable, yet easy to move as needed. After almost a year of use, seems to hold up well. Have to be a bit careful when placing it, shower floors, at least mine, are not flat. The bench can rock back and forth a bit. With care in placement, this is minimal.

I purchased this bath bench because of the need for such an item and the features described. However, measurement for the width of the bench was not given. I assumed that the bench would fit your average bath tub. Needlessly to say, it does not fit my tub. It is too wide. If not for the size issue, I would give a five rating.

Having back problems so needed something to sit on occasionally. Was afraid it would to be too short to shower but it is just the right height. It has really been quite useful
