*Diverter valve allows for both regular shower head and hand-held shower to be installed at the same time. Switch on the diverter valve allows for controlling which one will be used.

1. Remove the old shower head from shower with adjustable wrench
2. Screw in diverter valve in place of the old shower head (for use without diverter valve you can skip this step and go directly to step 3)
3. Screw in the shower head part into the hose
4. Attach the other side of the hose into the diverter valve (or directly onto the shower if you are installing without diverter valve). Use the other part of diverter valve to put back your regular shower head
