• For use in the maintenance of a moist wound environment
• Impregnated gauze unfolds and easily conforms to deep or tunneling wounds
• Clean, greaseless hydrogel helps keep wound bed hydrated
• Special hydrogel formulation with added aloe balances viscosity and hydration
• Greaseless formulation irrigates easily from the wound bed
• Hydrogel is compression saturated onto gauze sponges, ensuring thorough coverage
• 4x4, 12-ply gauze, packaged two to a pack

• Cleanse the wound with saline or appropriate wound cleanser such as Skintegrity Wound Cleanser.
• Dry peri-wound skin.
• Apply Skintegrity Hydrogel gauze to all wound surfaces.
• Cover with appropriate secondary dressing.
• Repeat every 24 hours or as necessary to maintain a moist wound bed.

Removal:

• Carefully remove the secondary dressing and hydrogel gauze
• Irrigate the wound bed as stated above.
• If dressing has dried to the wound bed, moisten with Skintegrity Wound Cleanser or saline until it loosens.
