Pros: Easy to hold, easy to adjust the water flow

Easy to install, easy to hold if you have arthritis or trouble with gripping things. I like the adjustable flow control.Good product for the price.

Cons: Rubber hose smells tempor

Rubber smell fades over a couple of weeks. Exhaust
fan minimizes it untul then. Be sure to use the teflon tape as instructed: It is unlabelled ans stuck to the warranty card in a tiny wad. The controls work easily and the spray is full and well-distrbuted. The head fits into the notches in shower chairs. I enjoy using it: great for washing hair, and general use. Hose is very flexible; handle does not slip when wet.

Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Use, Safe, Lightweight, Functional, Easy To Install

I attached the handheld shower to the arm of my shower chair with a shower holder and I am able to keep it easily accessable and dont have to worry about dropping it in the tub while I use it.

Cons: Flimsy, had to replace hose

My husband has dementia and parkinson's and this is so easy now to give him a shower and wash his hair. the only problem was the hose broken on installation so had to get another one and bought one more sturdy.
