I love how this kit comes with longterm treatment (ovule inserts) and instant relief (cream and wipes). For anyone who has a yeast infetion this is the deal for you.

I used moninstat and the yeast infection would not go away. To my understanding glycerin is a sugary liquid that you can find in most flavor lubricants, and beauty product. I read Glycerin is a humectant, meaning it attracts moisture to your skin. Everyone knows yeast grows in damp moist areas, not only that yeast feeds off sugar. So Glycerin can cause yeast infection. Not sure why moninstat would put glycerin in their product but in defeats the purpose.

If you are one of the women who gets yeast infections brought on or exaggerated by glycerin, glycol, etc, DO NOT USE THIS. The first "inactive" ingredient after the gelatine is glycerin.
I couldn't figure out why I was getting worse and worse until I read the ingredients list and saw why this is so much worse for me than the generic prefilled "gooey" applicators.
If you are a woman who can merrily use glycerin-based lubes with no problem, you are probably fine with this product, but if you, like me, react strongly, don't buy this to treat your yeast infection. It will only get worse.
