Easy to Apply:

1. Loosen straps
2. Slide hand into brace, placing palm on curved upward bottom stay, with thumb through side loop.
3. Tighten both straps and secure straps down to wrist.
4. Adjust as necessary.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
