I have recently had foot surgery. This product has been a life-saver for me. Has kept swelling down and eased pain.

This is a great product, but an average person should not be using this item. You should gain some knowledge from a training professional on amount of tension and placement to use this product to its fullest potential. Good thing though is that this product will not hurt you if you put it! It just will not provided the support it says it will.

I use this for hamstring and achiles tendon relief while running. Beats all other ankle support hands-down and prevents hamstring pull that has plagued me. I am older athletic woman and love this product.
