Easy to Apply:

• Loosen straps
• Adjust removable aluminum spoon as needed for a comfortable fit.
• Slide hand into stabilizer, placing palm on spoon curve with thumb through loop (see picture-little finger does not go through second thumb loop.)
• Tighten straps at top of stabilizer by knuckles
• Fasten lower straps to bottom of stabilizer for firm support
• Adjust as needed
• Attach pillow to top of stabilizer and forearm for night application

For sizing: Measure around narrowest part of wrist.

Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use fabric softeners.
