1. Flex hinge into a "v" shape
2. Insert hinge ends into the pockets
3. Repeat this process for both hinges
4. Use S/M pocket if you knee measures 13 -17 in (33-43 cm)
5. Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 17-21 in (43-53 cm)
6. Adjust as needed

3. Fasten bottom section
4. Fasten top section
