Take 1 serving (4 caplets) of LEUKIC® Pro Series with a glass of water two times daily. On days of your workout, take 1 serving  or LEUKIC® Pro Series with breakfast and immediately before your workout. On non-workout days, take one serving with breakfast and one serving with lunch.
