Cons: Cost

This cream does soothe the scalp and help with dry-skin flakes; however , does not help too much with the "itchiness" and I was so hoping it would clear scalp up..but didn't do that, though I never did put it on the "recommended" 4 times daily.
Pretty costly, but I will probably buy again.
