Add three (3) level scoops to 12 fl. ounces of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker.  Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency.  When using a blender replacing some of the liquid with ice will make a thicker shake.  For best results drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to help satisfy your protein requirements.  Always discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.
