What you need: 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup oil, and 1 cup warm water. Prep: Lightly grease or spray a non-stick bread pan Mix: Combine warm water (about 110 degrees) and yeast packet in small bowl and stir. Set aside for at least 5 minutes. Combine egg, egg whites and oil and add to yeast mixture. Add wet ingredients to dry mix and beat with electric mixer for three minutes on medium speed. Scrape the sides of bowl down as you go. Pour batter into the pan, leveling off as needed. Cover loosely and let rinse for at least 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 350°F while the bread is rising Bake: Bake for 65-70 minutes (do not under bake). Loosely cover with foil after 30 minutes to prevent over-browning. Test the bread by tapping the bottom of the bread with your fingertip. If it sounds hollow, it's done. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes then turn onto cooling rack and let cool completely before slicing. Use within 48 hours or freeze. Bread machine directions: Follow manufacturer's directions. If not directions are available, add ingredients to bread machine as follows: add all liquid ingredients, then dry mix and yeast packet in a well on top of mix.
