1. Prep - Empty contents of package into a medium mixing bowl
2. Mix - Add 6 tablespoons of margarine or butter to bowl. Using an electric mixer, slowly add 3 - 4 tablespoons of boiling water to attain desired consistency. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Let frosting rest for 15 minutes to allow high quality sugar to dissolve. Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy
