1. Mix: Combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, 3/4 cup water or rice milk. Add to 2 cups of dry mix.* Blend well
2. Bake: Pour onto preheated, sprayed waffle iron to cover bottom. Make about six 4 inch waffles

1. Mix: Combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons oil and 1/2 cup water or rice milk. (If you like your pancakes thinner, you can add more liquid). Add to 2 cups of dry mix.* Blend well
2. Bake: Pour onto preheated, sprayed pan or griddle. (Makes about six 4 inch pancakes). Add toppings of your choice and enjoy
