A natural product that helps get me through the week days at work in an extremely stressful office. Gently keeps me calm and can keep on going without getting angry or upset over. I prefer this lower dose than the 100mg, it's just the right amount of boost. I don't take it on weekends, and don't feel hooked on it because it's naturally drug-free. I take one in the morning with breakfast.

I noticed a difference within a couple days! I have Fibromyalgia, and have sleep problems, but with this 5 HTP, I fall asleep quickly. I take 100 mg, and it seems to be the dose that works best for me.

This product gave me headaches. I really haven't noticed any difference since I started taking it although that is common with this product. Once I finish this bottle I won't be getting any more.
