Both my husband and I took this product. Neither one of us noticed any changes to our moods. We take Folic Acid and Selenium, but thought the 5-HTP would enhance those supplements. For the price, we will stick with the Folic Acid and Selenium.

5-HTP TR Time Release 200 mg ALL tabs were all Broken when i got then in the Mail.. I normal Buy From Walgreens,com and they were fine... I am think of buy then some were else... Very Very POOR QUALITY this time around..... :(

I have taken this for over a year now. This product has helped me with remaining stable in my moods. If I forget to take it, my husband can tell I didn't take it and reminds me to take it. Great product!

I am on the fence if this is working for me, I dont feel worse but I cant yet say it has helped, will take for another month and see if I can see a difference.

My friend owns a health food store states away from me. i emailed her and asked what i could do about my moods and insomia with the peri-menopause i was going through.I had never heard of this before hand and i will say that just using it a little over a week i am feeling so much better. I sleep like a baby again,taking flaxseed oil for my hot flashes,moods are much improved,more relaxed and more energy from sleeping well. i was on and off prozac for years.This works faster with no side effects. I will stay on it for life!
