I have been using this product on and off for the past four or five months. It's been a great asset to me for energy, healthy skin, and general mental awareness. The best advice I can give, try using this product for one month and then stop for a period time. The benifits will be easier to identify when you stop for a short period of time. It's been a great product for me! As I continue to use this product I notice more and more health benifits that have resulted in my personal use of this little pill.

It is not a diet pill so don't take it as a quick fix. What the product is doing is giving you the natural berry in a pill. This has help me with water retention so I do not feel as bloated, with my stress levels down I have some energy so the fatigue is not there, and without the stress I don't want to grab the first thing I see in the pantry. Much better than having to eat the fruit raw and you would have to have 3 cups a day to get the same results.
