I use alpha lipoic 600 mg once each day to alleviate effects of periperal neuropathy, a side effect of chemo treatment for cancer. Seems to be working for me. Symptoms ( pain and sense of swollen numbness in my feet)are abated, and there doesn't seem to be any side effect.

My neurologist with said I should be taking two 600 mg. per day. Makes a major difference with pain control of Neuropothy and Autonomic Dysfunction.

Product recommended to a friend for neuropathy by his neurologist from a major medical center. I decided to try it for Fibromyalgia and after 3 weeks noted much improvement. Yours is much better price than GNC and I can't find it in our local drug stores so I ordered it online.
