The pills are almost too big to swallow. If they have to be this big, a coating might help in swallowing. Can't tell results, just started taking them. But daily dosage requirement is awfully high, so chemists need to figure a way to get more concentration into one pill.

i have never had a problem swallowing pills in the past, but these pills are not only huge in size ,the problem is that they are chalky and not smooth so they are extremely uncmfortable and difficult to swallow. i tried breaking in half but then they have sharp edges on them and scratch your throat going down. also the fact that the daily dose is 8 pills is extreme. even if the product is good not worth going through all this just to take.

I did not open this product because when I read through the cellophane wrap, I discovered that the dose is 4 pills twice a day --- information not available on the Walgreen website. That makes the product expensive and a nuisance.

I think taking 3 of the pills twice daily seemed a little much so I only take one aday and they work great! I have noticed my nails are stronger, grow a little faster, my hair grows MUCH faster, and my complection has improved. I am sure this is not the same for everyone but this is just what I have noticed.

I can see and feel a noticable difference in only two days. A liquid form would be much easier to take. I take it as directed.
