I have been taking the previous version of this vitamin, the one with 3000 Biotin and when I saw this I thought why not give the upgraded a try. I started breaking out so badly on my cheeks, neck, forehead and on the top of my head. It seemed like my hair was falling out so bad! Took me awhile to realize maybe it was the new "improved" vitamin because I was taking another new medication. To make a long story short, I stopped taking the vitamin and the bumps are all going away and I haven't gotten any new ones. Must be something in this version that I was allergic too! Be cautious...

Pros: the ingredients work!

Cons: you have to take 3 a day!

I started these pills a month and love them! I am buying my 2nd bottle today. I would give these pills a try. My hair is so soft and my nails are hard as rock! They are growing at a higher speed than normal. So try them!
