Is great for PMS, hair, skin and nails. My boss actually recommended this product to me over a year ago! I didn't think it would help - but I was amazed! I have major cramping during my cycle and this took the cramping down to the minimum - and in fact there were quite a few months that I didn't even realize I had begun the cycle! Then I noticed how my skin/complexion was so soft and the blemishes (especially during my cycle) were gone - then my nails were growing and my hair growing much faster! I had colored my hair and 3 weeks later it had grown out 1/2 inch and my roots were showing! I was amazed at the good "side effects" to this! I did notice though if you take these it is best to take with food as it has caused me to have an upset stomach sometimes if I do not take with food. I highly recommend it! I just wish they kept this on the BOGO list so I could get the two-for price since I cannot find anywhere else.

I take 1 everyday for PMS with my mutli-vitamin. It takes the edge off of the mood swings & the feeling that my head's gonna blow up. One time, I ran out & stopped using it. I thought I was OK, but my husband noticed the difference. Now, I keep a stash at work too. My whole family swears by this product!

After about two weeks taking this product, I felt an improvement in my mood. I also noticed that my complection improved.

A friend recommended I take this for my hot flashes, and it has made them disappear within a week! Each day they were less frequent/less severe. I've been taking 3 of the 1000mg's a day with meals. I was having hot flashes every hour, each lasting about 3 minutes. Now, NOTHING! This is a wonderful thing!

This is the best product I've found for really pretty, soft skin! Use it consistently for best results. I can go without foundation. It doesn't bother my stomach, but I take the capsules with a meal.
Another surprise is that I'm a lot less cranky around PMS time. It didn't work immediately for me,(give it a few weeks) but it does work.
I highly recommend evening primrose oil.
