I followed all the instructions on the bottle, may have even upped the dose once it started not working. I have faith in glucosamine/chondroitin and Ive had supplements stop taking effect before. I simply switched to something else a little more pricey. Worked like a charm. Its a joint supplement called Movexa made by vitamin boat. September 16, 2012
