Over the last few years, my cycles have gotten shorter and I ovulate at weird times in my cycle (either at the end or not at all). I started taking Vitex at the beginning of this cycle and so far it seems to be working. I actually ovulated on cycle day 14. I'm just waiting now to see if I make it to 28 days because my cycles have been as short as 19 days.

ive only been taking vitex for about a month or so and i alredy feel and see the difference in my cycles. Im more lighter and i have less pms symptoms. Im ttc now so i hope it helps me get that BFP i always wanted lol. I would def recommend this product to any women out there having problems with her cycles, im tellin you this stuff REALLY WORKS!! I Love VITEX :)
