I ordered both "Balanced Vitamin B-100 Complex" and "Multi Daily Vitamin" by Nature Made and both arrived in 7 days. I have felt more alert since taking both of these vitamins, daily.

I have been using Nature Made Vitamins for many years. I can always rely on them being a high quality vitamin and always consistent. The B-Complex gives me the daily energy that I need to keep going. I rate them as AAAAAA++++++

I have problems taking a vitamin B Complex usually because of the stomach upset I get taking it even with a meal. This is the first Vitamin B Complex I've taken that doesn't upset my stomach and is truly time release. Best when taken with a meal.

This is one of the best vitamins I have ever taken. I have had nothing but energy since I have started taking them. I used to take just a B12 500 mcg, but since being introduced to these. I just take these. They are truly worth the $[$] they charge in the stores.Excellent choice!

One thing that is good, I think it does help. The not so great thing is that is doesn't have a great smell and it is hard to swallow, it some times gets caught in my throat.
