This product was recommended to me by my podiatrist to strengthen my nails. She specifically told me to get the 2500 mcg dose. It worked. My nails are stronger now and don't split and break as much. Unfortunately you cannot find the 2500 mcg dose in the store. You can only get 1000 or 5000 strengths.

Love these caplets over pills. Just so much easier to swallow.

I love the purple soft gel and take it with breakfast and NatureMade Vit C or a food item high in Vit C which helps utilize the Biotin. My nails, hair and skin have become stronger and healthier looking since I started this about 6 months ago.
