Reports indicate the body does not absorb more than 500 mg of calcium at one time, so the higher concentrations optional in other's products only get flushed out of the body's system. Nature Made 500 mg Calcium with D works well and allows flexibility in obtaining the dosage prescribed by a physician. Thanks!

You can never go wrong with a Nature Made Product.
I just wish they had a bigger variety, like herbs i.e. Artichoke,White Beans,African Mango etc.

Was expecting a very large tablet; hate swallowing huge tablets. But was surprised by how slim the tablet was. No taste; that's a plus. Over all, I m pleased , again, with another Nature made product. )
