My cholesterol was 253. I started taking regular Cholest Off and went on a low cholesterol diet and my cholesterol did not drop. I tried Cholest Off Complete, continued on a low cholesterol diet and my cholesterol count dropped to 192.
I only take 2 tablets per day at breakfast.

Cholestoff Complete (don't forget the COMPLETE) has lowered my cholesterol to the normal range. Diet and exercise could do so much and then I got stuck at the borderline range UNTIL I tried Cholestoff COMPLETE and lowered my cholesterol to normal. I wouldn't be without it.

I just came back from my doctor and I am happy to say that after taking Cholest-Off for a year my cholesterol went down 40 points. I don't follow a very restricted diet, but I work out almost everyday. My doctor wanted my to take statins, but I refused. Now she told me to keep doing what I was doing.

I have used this for about a year. It is a great product. Dropped my total cholesterol from 220 to 180. I eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week, but need the genetic cholesterol elimination. I am 53, male, and DO NOT want to take a perscription cholesterol med. I have rec. to many friends.

Use before meals as directed and it has statistically lowered my lipid levels.
