Both my husband and I were instructed by our doctors to take Omega 3. When we asked what brands they recommended, we were told Nature Made was one of the brands we could rely on for quality and integrity of their products. Need we say more?

I was told fish oil was a good supplement. I've been using it for a few years. I purchase it where ever I find a reasonable price.
