Too much ingredients for a fish oil. Soy as part of ingredient. Not for me and specially my cat.

ODORLESS fish oil is the greatest think since sliced bread! Why on earth isn't it carried in the stores? Why isn't it the only kind of fish oil on the shelf??????

I started using this after reading about it in the South Beach Diet book. After a year I was dissappointed that there was no change in my triglyceride count. I read the updated South Beach Book that came out I guess last year and Dr Agoston recommended that if the normal dose did not do the trick then to double your intake as some people have to do that. I was thrilled when I got my bloodwork back last week that my levels were significantly lower!! YEAH!

I told my doctorI have been moody lately. I was on sprintec birth controll pills. These pills made me so depressed, I even had thoughts of suicide, which I never had any typE of thoughs like that in my entire life! My doctor switched my birth controll to microgestin 1/20 fe tab s28 and recommended omega 3 with fish oil.I've been taking this stuff for 3 weeks and I feel so much better. I also had very bad anxiety. All my weird things wentaway! Try omega 3 today. I tworked wonders for me.

I have only been on these a short time so I can't comment on any noticeable effects, but I wanted to mention the LARGE size of these gel capsules. I am not a fan of taking supplements because of swallowing difficulties, but since my dr. wants me to take them what choice do I have. They are hard to get down, thankfully they are odorless and tasteless or I probably would not be taking them.
