Great prenatal vitamins!!They are easy to swallow . If you take with plenty of water no after taste.

I began taking this product 3 months before trying to conceive. The first bottle I bought, I picked up because I recognized the brand name, and it seemed to have everything in one. And frankly I was nervous and overwhelmed and the price was right. I adjusted to it very easily, which isn't always the case as I have a very sensitive stomach. The only thing I didn't like about it was that there were food dyes in the ingredients. I had planned to switch after I finished what I bought. When it came time to buy a new vitamin, I noticed the bottle now said "no synthetic dyes." Needless to say I was incredibly happy. Way to make a good product into a great product Nature Made! I have been taking it for 5 months and have noticed a big difference in my nails and hair. So far no baby, but I will definitely be using this product from now until I conceive, through my pregnancy and breast feeding. I have no need or desire to try any other products. I feel very fortunate to have found the right vitamin on my first try.

I am not pregnant but we are planning on starting a family within the next yr. I figured why not go ahead and start preparing my body with a good prenatual vitamin esp. since my body can only benefit from the ingredients. I love that I do not have to take two seperate pills - one each day isn't bad. Hopefully my preperaton prior to getting pregnant will only help my body once I am.

I have tried many different kinds of prenatal vitamins, both prescriptions and over the counter. I wish I had this for the first trimester of my first pregnancy because I had such a hard time swallowing anything. I found these pills after having my first child. I was initially attracted to it because it mentioned being good for a nursing mom, plus it has DHA which is great for prenatal or nursing days. Knowing I wanted to keep having babies I have continued taking these while nursing and during my second pregnancy. I haven't had any issues swallowing it and it has all the needed vits and minerals that are recommended plus more! So I highly recommend this one!

these prenatal vitamins are great you don't have to take multiple pills to get your iron, dha, folic acid, and vitamins it is all in one makes it easy for a busy mom or busy mom-to be. this pill has everything a pregnant or nursing mom needs i used during my entire pregnancy and i use it now that i am breastfeeding and i plan to use it in my next pregnancy. I would recomend this product to all breast feeding mothers and mothers to be.
