I usuallly buy Nature Made products, but this one looks exactly like one of my perscription drugs. The only difference is the perscription tablet has a number that can barely be seen. They are the exact same size, color and shape. So........I will be going back to a gel capsule.

The long winter months can be tough getting your daily needed value of Vitamin D. I always take this vitamin when in hibernation to help maintain my healthy body!

I actually prefer the liquid gels but the small size of these are fine. I didn't read the label good enough so on my next purchase I will go back to the liquid gels.
