Very difficult to understand directions for strap. Piece on finger larger than pictured, awkward to wear.
Manual type to small to read. Not sure how accurate it is.
Confusing info on software & using data.

This is a very good product. The only thing that happens is it slips on the finger every now and then and the alarm goes off, but doesn't happen often. Doesn't take but a sec to fix. Very accurate otherwise.

I purchased this oximeter for my wife because it was wearable. There were much cheaper alternatives that were not. The readings varied significantly between 72 (which would make you dead) and 96 depending on which finger it would be placed. We've both had significant experience with oximeters at hospitals and knew what readings to expect. We contacted the company and they sent another style of sensor. There was no change in the poor readout. My wife works at a hospital and we know how to use an oximeter. I cannot recommend this product to anyone who needs it. As for pulse reading, this was accurate, however a pulse unit with a chest strap is much better for active use. In addition, the wrist strap did not work on her small wrist.

The product was defective and it is not Macintosh computer compatible so it was of no value to me even if it had not been defective. I am returning this product to a Walgreen store near me today.
