At first i was skeptical about this product and was one of the people who thought it looked ridiculous and made fun of it, but then my wife started complaining about the smell of my nose air. I always had a runny nose and post nasal drip as well. As i began researching, I thought at first the bad smell maybe came from my mouth, but after eliminating my bad breath the odor still remained from my nose. I decided after researching to try this out. All i can say it it is amazing. It got rid of my bad smell and also my post nasal drip. As for the quality of this product it is made super cheap. Most likely an injection mold. It leaks at times and just feels cheap. I will be looking for a better made one, but the actual irrigation of the nasal cavity helps so much. But i still keep it a secret that i use it, even though it is awesome. I guess it just sounds weird telling people about it.

I was skeptical about this product but once I used it my sinuses were cleared for the first time in months. Amazing.

My 5 years son had always disruptive sleep since he was always congested and couldn't breath well through his nose. Since his allergy specialist recommended us to use it before going to bed, it is amazing the difference that it has made. My son can breath normally, doesn't wake up, and he sleps through the night without any issue. By improving his sleep, his overall health has improved as well.

Works great! I was badly congested before I used it. I kept telling myself for about 2 years that I was going to get one. I finally did it, when I was at the point to where I couldn't stand it anymore. I have really bad sinus issues and now I can breathe clearly through my nose - that's amazing, considering it's Winter, my nose would be soooo stuffed right now! I've only used it a few times b/c I don't need to clear my nose as often now.
It feels a little awkward at first, but it doesn't hurt or irritate.
As far as usage, read the directions. It comes with a very helpful&detailed booklet on it.
Cons about it is that the pot looks a little cheap, but I don't really care. I use it to clean my nose, it's not like I'm gonna put it on my shelf for display...
