My family and I have been using this product for two years now.
It has worked wonderfully up until yesterday.
We experienced a very sudden and severe burning sensation upon using the product as instructed.
We tried eliminating possible variables (water, bottle, person, etc.) and would like further assistance in trying to source the problem.
The said volume of solution has been saved in case it is needed for inspection.

This thing has been a great way to open my sinuses without medication.
The only way I can think to describe how it feels is like this. You know how you feel after you get water up you nose in a pool? Snot running down your face and all that? it is like that - lol So keep a towel handy to blow your nose with as you do this. Otherwise it is great, it just takes some getting used too. I love how open my sinuses are after each use.

This is great when you are pregnant and limited on what you can take. I still use it whenever I'm stopped up and having trouble breathing out my mouth. I find it easier to use than the blue neti pot and less messy.

I think this bottle works better than the netty pot I had from years ago. My son has allergies and he is finding relief. If a 10 year old can do this, any one with a desire to get real results will be able to do so also. After his first experience he said " I can breath, Mom, I can breath". Need I say more?

Was given this by a relative who works in a doctors office and this helped my cold alot. Nose was stopped up, bad sinus headaches, and bad cough made it very hard to get any sleep feeling even worse from lack of sleep. I knew it would probably feel strange shooting water up my nose but glad I did(dont wimp out just do it). First impression after using was really good, nose felt clear and head felt lighter(less pressure from sinus headache). Just make sure to breath thru your mouth and gently squeze the bottle to push the fluid through your sinus. After first usage could breath thru my nose and felt the sinus pressure in my head disappear. Cut your cold short buy Neilmed Sinus Rinse and breath through the night and get full nights worth of sleep.
