Great toner at a great price

Pros: Balances Skin, Improves Skin Texture, Not Greasy, Leaves Clean Feel

I have several dry flaky patches on my face, and the Neutrogena toner does a great job of getting rid of the flakes and smoothing out my skin so my makeup goes on easily. I have tried many different more expensive high end toners, but none have worked better than this product.

Use it daily, morning and evening. Might even use throughout the day in summer, when it is very hot, - this toner REALLY cleans my skin, without overdrying it - which is a tough combination to reach. I have combination, prone to breakouts skin. It doen't work magic :) but isn't useless, definitely. I prefer it over other toners for the purpose of not too deep cleaning.

I've been fighting with enlarged pores on my nose, chin and forehead a lot lately, along with a few small breakouts here and there. I saw the ingredients on the bottle in the store and figured I'd give this a whirl since it had salicylic acid and witch hazel, which are both known to be good for unclogging pores and clearing up pimples.
Needless to say, I'm very, very pleased!
I used it after cleansing in the evening, swiping it on with a cotton ball, and I can tell you that I noticed a huge difference in the size of my pores within a week! I'm very impressed.
However, I have oily/combination skin. I have yet to see if it helps with my oil, but I can say that the first fews days of using it my skin dried out a bit. Definitely use a moisturizer!
I have already recommended it to a few friends.

I have spent so much money on so many different products, but i have finally found that right product. I have been using the pore refining cleanser for about 4 months and i love it because the ingredients are great. I needed a toner because my skin was oily. I have been using the pore refining toner for about 2 1/2 months and love it. The ingredients are great and it doesn't really have a smell. I use this toner 3-4 times a day, my oil production slowed down about 3 weeks after i started using it, it hasn't dried out my skin, im not oily or dry. I had a problem with adult acne and clogged pores (especially on my chin). My chin had bumps and if you looked close they had a black tent to them, they always turned into pimples. I noticed they were gone last week and they have been there for about a year. My makeup was clogging me up. Sodium chloride will clog the heck out of your pores. My acne is gone, my clogged pores have unclogged, my pores are smaller and my face is so smooth. Please try this stuff it worked on me when nothing else has. Try it and i bet you'll love this stuff.
