I love this product used in conjunction with the pore refining cleanser. Smooth skin, no break outs, evens out my skin tone. Well worth the money. Does not dry out skin in winter either.

I have several dry flaky patches on my face, and the Neutrogena toner does a great job of getting rid of the flakes and smoothing out my skin so my makeup goes on easily. I have tried many different more expensive high end toners, but none have worked better than this product.

Use it daily, morning and evening. Might even use throughout the day in summer, when it is very hot, - this toner REALLY cleans my skin, without overdrying it - which is a tough combination to reach. I have combination, prone to breakouts skin. It doen't work magic :) but isn't useless, definitely. I prefer it over other toners for the purpose of not too deep cleaning.
