Right leg behind knee has caused me to limp for about 3 weeks now. I purchased this heating pad because of the GREAT reviews which it did absolutely nothing - getting it to just heat up following the directions is a challenge. 20 seconds in microwave isn't enough time for this 'thingy' to heat to any capacity whatsoever. It cools off in 7 minutes which I consider it to be USELESS. I purchased two the same day and I found BED BUDDING is be functional. These companies should re-write their directions on the package - the directions are intimmitating to a person who NEVER used this apparatus before. I hate this one but I did like 'BED BUDDY'

I have tried other types and these are the best I've found. I keep some in the freezer all the time. I find they heat more uniformly in a pot of hot water than in the microwave but either way they work well for aches and pains.

Is a good product. I prefer the disposable, but both work well.

Everytime my back or my legs start hurting I pull out my nexcare out of the freezer after my shower and put it on and lay back for a out a half hour then I can move around

These work great when you need them and they are ready soon. You never know so be prepared. You'll be happy.
