For Cold Therapy:  Place Sealed Ice® Pack in freezer or refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.

• Remove Sealed ice® pack from freezer or refrigerator and place in boot liner to cradle heel area.
• While sitting, place heel as far back on Sealed Ice® pack as possible.
• Do not use for more than 20 minutes in one application period.

Reminder:  Remove Sealed Ice® pack before sleeping.
