Best Prenatal DHA

Pros: strawberry flavored.

Although this is not labeled a prenatal DHA, I found this to be better than the DHA's that are specific for pregnant and nursing women. A minimun of 300 DHA is recommended and this has 450 DHA. The strawberry flavor and smell makes taking these over others so much easier. I did notice that if you take this on an empty stomach you will have (strawberry flavored) fish burps, but if you take it with food as directed - than no burps. I see this being a beneficial DHA for me even after baby and nursing. The other thing I love is there is nothing artificial in DHA like some others. You get what you pay for with this DHA - worth the price. Highly recommend!
