Cons: no instruction booklet, some parts missing, in shipping someone played with it

I ordered this for myself and I'm glad I did. It came in a damaged box and was used by someone else in the process of shipping, but overall good product. Some parts missing and no instruction booklet but when called walgreens they are shipping it to me.

Cons: arms are not adjustable

I ordered this wheelchair for my partner who needs it from time to time, especially when there will be a lot of walking involved. This rolls extremely smoothly and is of good quality. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that it was difficult to open and close the wheelchair in the beginning and that it would be nice if the arms were adjustable. It is very well made, however, and glides easily!

This item was shipped twice, received damaged both times, broken plastic pieces. After repair part installed, another plastic part broke on the third use. Poor quality. Made with too much breakable plastic. Do not waste your money on this.

Chair perfect for visit to Florida to see grandchildren. Helpful in airport as well as lightweight enough for kids to help push. Quality product at affordable price.
