I was so sure from other reviews that I would be so pleased with these that I ordered two sets at once. I am thrilled with how easy it is to move the walker now and am grateful that I did order two sets because if anything happens I have replacements. If you have any doubts about them, you'll get over it as soon as you first use them.

Another person who purchased these said they work well on carpeting. I agree. They come in a set of 2 but I accidentally ordered 2 sets...but I'll hang onto the 2nd set as a backup. I appreciate comments left by others who've purchased items I'm considering. The ski gliders install easily. They're used on the rear legs only. The front legs have wheels.

Walker moves MUCH more smoothly with ski glide instead of the usual rubber tip. I now keep a couple of extra sets of ski glides on hand so they can be immediately replaced when a "ski" wears out.

Makes walking much easier allowing the walker to move forward smoothly but safely. Are very durable where it is needed, out of doors on the sidewalks. I would go through tennis balls every few days and have used the skiers for a month with no wear and tear seen yet. A very good value that allows increased mobility for reasonable cost.
