Adults and children over 12 years of age

• flip ampule around in paper sleeve to expose swab tip. Shake well.
• squeeze sleeve covered ampule at dot until inner tube pops.
• point tip down. Squeeze again to saturate swab tip well. Swab about 4 circles around rim of each nostril. Caution Do not extend into nose more than short length of swab tip (1 cm or 3/8"). Apply to skin only.
